What's cool about Harsha is that he's always trying something new with each project - he's not one to just stick to the same old formula.

One thing that makes him stand out? He's a real team player. You'll find him working closely with everyone from the creative folks to the tech crew, making sure every shot is just right. Whether it's through his unique style or the way he tells a story, Harsha knows how to make films that don't just look great, but actually make you feel something too.

RS

Meet RS! This fun-loving Tamilian who grew up in Goa is the always-injured parent to two bratty cats, Rasam and Spot. He speaks 7 languages (not counting sarcasm - his actual mother tongue), and gets his adrenaline pumping with humor, style, montages, and fast cars. When he's not calling the shots, you'll find him "researching" cars (code for test drives on his way to badminton) or hoarding board games when semiconductor shortages hit.

Before striking out on his own, Ravi learned from the best - he was a shishya to legends like Prakash Varma, SnehaIype, and even worked with Rob Cohen of Fast & Furious fame. After a decade of assisting directors across the industry and perfecting his craft, he made the natural progression from cat videos to directing professional films.

What makes Ravi extra special? He's also got some serious musical chops! Channeling his legendary namesake, he's composed, sung, and written lyrics for major brands like Cadbury, Nestle, and Coca Cola. Though he claims it's "only to save his life," his versatile talents clearly set him apart in the directing world.

Kay Sukumar (Inega)

Meet Kay! He's this awesome Australian-Indian Director who got his start filming fashion videos in Sydney way back in 2008. Since then, he's been all over the place - London, New York, LA, Paris, Milan, and lately Mumbai - working with some seriously big names like Esteé Lauder, Bulgari, Jo Malone London, and a bunch of others.

What's really cool about Kay is how much he loves telling stories. He's not just about making things look pretty (though he's definitely good at that too!). He really believes in creating stuff that connects with people and sticks with them. He uses cool metaphors and comparisons to make everything more interesting, and he's super detail-oriented, planning everything out before filming so it all runs like clockwork.

Another thing that sets him apart? His amazing tech skills! He's always up on the latest gear and trends, making sure each project not only looks amazing but also really nails what the brand is going for. Basically, when Kay's behind the camera, you know you're going to get something special!

Barath Jayarajan

Meet Barath!

He's this awesome filmmaker who actually started out as a trained animator and graphic designer. After spending 8 years learning from some of the industry's brightest minds as a DA, he finally stepped up to the director's chair in 2019. Pretty cool that he speaks 5 languages too - Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and English!

While narrative pieces are what really make his heart beat faster, his true strength is humor. What's really special about Barath is how his design background and deep understanding of post-production help him create films that look way more expensive than they actually are - talk about getting bang for your buck!

Over the years, he's built up an impressive portfolio working with major international brands like Ikea, HUL, Titan, Samsung, and Kingfisher. And while he loves directing commercials, he's got his sights set on something bigger - he's super eager to work on various kinds of long-format directing. When you work with Barath, you're getting someone who brings multiple creative skills to the table and is just hitting his stride.
